What types of file system does DrivePro Body 10 support? How do we format it?

Please check your product model and then refer to the following information.

(1) DrivePro Body 10A / DrivePro Body 10B (Models manufactured before September 1, 2019)

DrivePro Body 10A/10B supports memory cards with capacities of 8/16/32GB and only works with the FAT32 file system.

 You can format it with DrivePro Body Toolbox on your computer.

 If you are formatting the device using another method, please select the FAT32 file system and ensure to set the “Allocation Unit Size” to 32KB.

*Warning: If the memory card format is not supported by DrivePro Body 10A/10B, it may cause recording failure or file damage.

 

(2) DrivePro Body 10B (Models produced after September 1, 2019)

DrivePro Body 10B supports memory cards with capacities of 8/16/32/64/128/256/512GB, and you can format it using DrivePro Body Toolbox on the computer.

 If you are using an alternative formatting method, select FAT32 for memory cards with capacities of 8/16/32GB, ensuring the 'Allocation Unit Size' is set to 32KB. For 64/128/256/512GB memory cards, opt for exFAT and be sure to set the 'Allocation Unit Size' to 128KB.

*Warning: If the memory card format is not supported by the DrivePro Body 10B, it may cause recording failure or file damage.

 

(3) DrivePro Body 10C

DrivePro Body 10C supports memory cards with capacities of 64/128/256/512GB, and you can format it using DrivePro Body Toolbox on your computer.

Warning: DrivePro Body 10C only supports the FAT32 file system. If the memory card format is not supported by the DrivePro Body 10C, it may result in recording failure or file damage.
